I’m a researcher, strategist and senior leader who has worked across the UK, USA and Asia Pacific.

Over the last two decades, I’ve led diverse teams through growth, restructuring and transformation - and learned that clarity, transparency and respect are what elevate performance beyond what leaders think is possible.

I’ve been directly involved in leading diverse teams through a wide range of change moments, including:
