Meet the Founder

Jake Gammon is a researcher, strategist and senior leader with experience across the UK, USA and Asia Pacific. He has led diverse teams through growth, restructuring and transformation, always with a focus on balancing business outcomes with humanity.

He founded Plotline Consulting to help organisations lead with empathy, especially in their hardest moments. His approach is built on a belief that clarity, transparency and respect towards employees elevate performance to levels otherwise unreachable.

As an openly transgender man, Jake is passionate about ensuring diverse voices are represented; and about investing in the development of young leaders.
